The brand looks into the good life, a vision of understated elegance that feels less like fashion and more like the wardrobe of the coolest guy you know. First up, let's talk about the shoe that started it all. The Gomino is iconic, however, for Winter 2026, Tod's has given it all serious upgrade. Enter Winter Gommino. Think of this as the driving shoe's rugged, sophisitcated older brother. It marks a return to the brand's roots with proportions that deel substantial yet classic. It is the guts of the show that will get you excited. We're talking suede iterations lined with cashmere or shearling. Yes, you got that right, cashmere-lined shoes. It is the perfect companion for an apr&egrave;s-ski session in the Dolomites, while the antiqued leather versions are sharp enough to handle a wet Tuesday in Manhattan.

Leather is Tod's bread and butter, but this season they have got turned the texture dial all the way up to cloud. The collection is anchored by the Pashmy project, a leather treatment so light and soft they that they named it after pashmina. This is not the stiff leather of your biker jacket days. This is material drapes. It dresses up wardrobe staples like the Coach Jacket and the Castello Jacket, which reimagines the blazer with relaxed patch pockets. These pieces are effortless but deeply technical, with each garment bearing the signature of the specialised artisan who crafted it.
