The&nbsp;Succession&nbsp;actor famously loves bucket hats and Loro Piana, and he stuck to his signature style on the first day of Cannes 2025, where he is serving as a juror.

<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/cannes">Cannes</a>&nbsp;Film Festival kicked off Tuesday, and celebrities are descending on the Croisette for the nearly two week-long affair. Among them is Jeremy Strong, who made his first appearance wearing none other than a bucket&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/hats">hat</a>, an element that has become one of his style signatures.
The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/actor">actor</a>, known for his roles in HBO's hit series&nbsp;Succession&nbsp;and 2024's&nbsp;The Apprentice, was spotted wearing a monochrome corduroy outfit in a light maroon hue by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/lanvin">Lanvin</a>&nbsp;from the Spring/Summer 2025 pre-collection. (It felt similar to his monochrome velvet&nbsp;<a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@goldenglobes/video/7463261400153033990">look</a>, also with a bucket hat, at the 2025&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/goldenglobes">Golden Globes</a>&nbsp;by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/loro-piana">Loro Piana</a>.) Strong paired his button-up shirt with straight leg trousers and a bucket hat. Tucked under his top was a Richard Mille watch reportedly worth more than $250,000. His thick-rimmed sunglasses stayed in the general mauve-y color family, as did his thin-soled sneakers, also by Lanvin.
Strong's looks at this year's film festival have been styled by his longtime stylist Warren Alfie Baker, who was also behind the looks for&nbsp;L'OFFICIEL's April 2025 Hommes&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/jon-hamm-your-friends-neighbors-interview">issue</a>.

Strong is serving as a juror this year&mdash;the jury is led by&nbsp;Juliette Binoche&mdash;which means the 46-year-old actor has a significant say in which films win awards. Just one year ago in 2024,&nbsp;The Apprentice&nbsp;debuted at the French film festival, which Strong reflected on in a panel Tuesday afternoon.
&ldquo;Roy Cohn, I see, essentially, as the progenitor of fake news and alternative facts, and we&rsquo;re living in the aftermath of what he created," he said. "This time, where truth is under assault, where truth is becoming an increasingly endangered thing... the role of film is increasingly critical because it can combat those forces and the entropy of truth. It can communicate truths&mdash;individual truths, human truths, societal truths&mdash;and affirm and celebrate our shared humanity."

Earlier in the day, Strong wore a custom, sand-colored suit by Loro Piana with Jacques Marie Mage frames.

Robert De Niro was seen waltzing around in his usual suits, and Halle Berry was caught on a stroll wearing a modest two-piece by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/chanel">Chanel</a>, opposite of her&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/sheer">sheer</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/laquan-smith-met-gala-2025-ciara-halle-berry-dresses-interview">semi-naked gown</a>&nbsp;at last week's&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/metgala">Met Gala</a>.&nbsp;
