<p><span>Photographer Shaira Luna is best known for capturing an atmospheric, emotional quality in her editorial and portraiture work, but she also creates it. &ldquo;I love seeing how the world moves and not everyone is the type to take that in,&rdquo; she says. &ldquo;I love showing people what the memories were.&rdquo;</span></p>
<p><span>How does she do it? She explains, &ldquo;I think in categories. When I think about fashion, I can see corresponding beauty looks and a vibe. I see things in photographs already. I&rsquo;m very much into pop culture. That&rsquo;s the relation of fashion and beauty, and each era is a time capsule.&rdquo;</span></p>
