The new Jasper Plum colorway is giving gemstone energy.

If you&rsquo;ve been thinking about getting a Dyson hair tool (or upgrading your current one), here&rsquo;s a good excuse to go for it. Dyson just dropped a new limited-edition colorway called Jasper Plum&mdash;and yes, it&rsquo;s as pretty as it sounds. Inspired by the rare purple jasper gemstone (which is all about confidence and personal growth), the new look is a triple-toned mix of deep plum, rich violet, and blush pink.
According to Dyson&rsquo;s CMF (Colors, Materials, and Finishes) team, the launch is about more than just aesthetics. &ldquo;The products we use every day should bring us joy,&rdquo; says Amelia Ayerst, CMF design manager at Dyson. And with a colorway this nice, it&rsquo;s hard to argue.

Two of Dyson&rsquo;s tools are getting the Jasper Plum treatment. First is the Dyson Airstrait straightener, priced at P34,900, which uses only air (no hot plates) to dry and straighten hair at the same time. It&rsquo;s designed to cut down on heat damage while still giving you a naturally sleek finish. Plus, it works on different hair types and comes with a sleek presentation case.
Then there&rsquo;s the Dyson Airwrap i.d., which will be landing later this April for P36,900. It now comes with Bluetooth connectivity so you can personalize your styling settings, and it includes two new attachments: one for tighter, more defined curls and another for volume. And, it&rsquo;s still using Dyson&rsquo;s signature Coanda airflow tech to style hair without extreme heat.
